Third Day Beef, competitive cattle is raised to represent the breed. It is of the highest quality genetic pool posible. When you purchase our products you know that you are consuming the best the breed has to offer. It is simple the best quality beef from the best representation fo the breed.

Our steers are a product of breeding top ranked, award willing competitive bulls for the breed. Our stock included 3 for the 10 top bull of the breed. When breeding the "best of the best" we end up with many high quality steers surplus.
